Kim Bárcernas is a visual artist and muralist specialized in sgraffito murals. In this presentation, she tells us about the origins of the technique, the materials she uses and ans she also shows us different application examples of the sgraffito mural.
This presentation was held on the week of hte 8th of march, 2022, on the occasion of Women’s day, at the village of Potries. Here the group Moradas en Construcción built a mural in collaboration with Kim Bárcenas, to reclaim the women’s role in the building sector, as well as to commemorate the traditional relationships of the village.
