The Forbidden Alternative is a documentary about alternative living, deep ecology, activism and questioning the world we live in, through a compilation of interviews, conversations and experiences recorded while traveling around Europe.
But it is more than just a documentary. It’s the selection made out of hundreds of hours of video documentation about alternative lifestyles around Europe. It’s a testimony of a reality that took place at the begining of the 21st century, something tha we must not forget: that people were looking for the creation of a better world, a fairer one, a more conscious one.
This video is a sneak peak of the hundreds of hours of video material that we recorded on our journey. So many amazing people, so many enriching conversations, so many examples and inspirations, so many different realities.
Everybody should make their own journey and see for themselves what the world is like, regardless of what they are told it is.
The Forbidden Alternative is part of our own journey, a journey that we knew where it began, but we don’t know where it will end.
